Research Assistant in Agronomy (f/m/d)

The research groups at Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) “Resource-Efficient Cropping Systems” and “Farm Economics and Ecosystem Services” are offering a joint position (up to 60% depending on qualification) temporarily limited to the project end (31.10.2021) at the location in Müncheberg working on the assessment of legumes in cropping systems as Research Assistant in Agronomy (f/m/d). (Closing date 14 April 2019)

The EU-H2020 project Legumes Translated supports innovation in legume-supported cropping systems and value-chains by linking sources and users of quality-assured knowledge using rigorous knowledge synthesis. It is based on 15 Actor Groups across Europe with specific farming system and value chain activities, and organised in seven technical areas of the agricultural sector, in so called Transition Networks. ZALF leads a European wide network on the “Diversification of arable cropping using cool-season grain legumes”, the analysis of agronomic, environmental and economic performance using a multi-criteria assessment model. The position will be available at the earliest possible date and end on October 31st in 2021.
