ABC/J Young Academics Award: Apply by 29 February 2020!
Supporting early-career scientists is a fundamental concern of Geoverbund ABC/J. This is why in 2020, Geoverbund ABC/J will for the 10th time be presenting the Geoverbund ABC/J Young Academics Award in recognition of outstanding, innovative, and interdisciplinary research in the field of geosciences, including geography. Applications are possible until 29 February 2020.

Die Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses ist ein besonderes Anliegen des Geoverbundes ABC/J. Bis zum 29. Februar 2020 können sich Nachwuchswissenschaftler*innen um den ABC/J-Forschungspreis bewerben. Mit der jährlich vergebenen Auszeichnung werden herausragende Forschungsarbeiten aus den Geowissenschaften und der Geographie honoriert.

SAVE THE DATE: ParFlow Summer School 2020
ParFlow is a parallel, integrated hydrology model that simulates spatially distributed surface and subsurface flow, as well as land surface processes including evapotranspiration and snow. From July 20-24, 2020 we are offering an Introductory and Advanced Short Course on ParFlow.
